RETURNS & EXCHANGES:

We are certain you will be delighted with My Little Humans Boutique purchase. However, if you are unsatisfied please let us know, and we will happily address your concern.

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return or exchange. After 14 days a STORE CREDIT CODE  will be issued within 3-5 business days. Please note, a store credit will be issued for the total amount being returned (will exclude shipping) store credit will NOT expire and are applicable for product to the same value store wide.

 *Please inspect your order upon receiving your item, and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue.

*To be eligible for a return or exchange, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. 

*Any items that have been washed or altered in any way are not eligible for return or exchange. The customer is responsible for shipping the returned item, as well as the cost of exchange, except in circumstances of defect.

*Defective items will be exchanged for the same item. If this item is unavailable, a full refund will be applied to the original payment method or a store credit code will be offered.

Sale Items (if applicable)

* Unfortunately, any item that is listed Final Sale is not eligible for return or exchange.

*After adding a promotional code to an item, the item is then considered a SALE item and is only eligible for size exchange or store credit.

*My Little Humans Boutique inspects all returns and exchanges, and should an item be in unsellable or unfit condition, My Little Humans Boutique has the right to deny its return.

How to make a return:

 To start a return, you can contact us at m@mylittlehumansboutique.com please send your package along with a NOTE including your name, order number, shipping address and details on the size or style you want to exchange, if returning item please include the reason for return. If your return is accepted and is within our deadline, you will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item (except in circumstances of defect). Shipping costs are non refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of shipping will be deducted from your refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. 

We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method with in 3-5 business days (excluding shipping fee) Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
